A Love Letter to the Community: Malayan Insurance Celebrates 95 Years with "Love, Malayan" and a Unique Board Game Collaboration

As Malayan Insurance marks its 95th anniversary, we're not just celebrating a milestone – we're expressing our heartfelt gratitude to the community that has placed its trust in us for nearly a century. This year, our celebration takes the form of "Love, Malayan," a theme that embodies our commitment to giving back and strengthening our connection with the people we serve.

We believe that true celebration lies in making a meaningful impact. That's why we're thrilled to announce a special initiative that combines education, engagement, and a touch of fun: a unique collaboration with ASSIST Asia to create a special edition of the "Masters of Disaster" (MOD) board game.

MOD, developed by ASSIST Asia, is an engaging and educational tool that teaches players about disaster risk management. Recognizing its potential to empower communities, we've partnered to create a special Malayan Insurance edition. This version features a custom-designed Insurance card deck, that aims to raise awareness and educate players on the crucial role insurance plays in mitigating risks and building resilience.

This collaboration is more than just a game; it's a love letter to the community. By incorporating insurance education into an interactive format, we aim to demystify complex concepts and make them accessible to a wider audience. We want to empower the youth and future generations to make informed decisions about protecting what matter most to them.

On January 23rd, we solidified our partnership with ASSIST Asia through a ceremonial contract signing, marking the official launch of this exciting project. And we haven't wasted any time in bringing this initiative to life. Our dedicated team has already begun training our game trainers, preparing them for school rollouts scheduled within the first quarter of this year.

We believe that education is a powerful tool for building a safer and more resilient future. Through these school rollouts, we hope to reach young minds and instill in them the importance of risk management and insurance from an early age.

"Love, Malayan" is about more than just celebrating our past; it's about investing in the future. By partnering with ASSIST Asia and bringing the special edition MOD board game to schools, we're demonstrating our unwavering commitment to the community and our dedication to building a stronger, more prepared nation.

We invite you to join us on this journey as we celebrate 95 years of trust, partnership, and unwavering commitment to the Filipino community. We are excited for the coming year and look forward to sharing more of our "Love, Malayan" initiatives with you.
